Perfect location, just a short walk to everything, and the free breakfast hit the spot—loved the eggs! The room was spacious, but cleanliness was a concern, with crumbs in the bed and a shower curtain that raised eyebrows. The elevators? Definitely need an upgrade; waiting felt endless. The pool area was nice and the staff kept the breakfast refreshed. A cozy getaway with great access, but a little more attention to detail would make it shine brighter.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The room was clean, but the bathroom was quite tiny—little space for toiletries. Noise levels were pleasantly low, allowing for tranquility despite being in a busy area. Temperature control was decent, though the AC could have been more effective. I appreciated the refreshing scent in the lobby which set a welcoming tone. Easy access to the underground parking made getting around quite convenient. Breakfast was great, offering a nice variety. Just a note: the elevator took a while on busy days, which could be frustrating.

Edgewater Hotel offers a fantastic location just steps away from downtown Gatlinburg. The warm and attentive staff made our stay memorable, ensuring we felt welcomed despite the busy season. The cozy pool area and firepit added to the charm, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring Gatlinburg's attractions, such as Ripley's Aquarium and Ober Gatlinburg. The aquarium allowed us to dive into an underwater wonderland, while Ober Gatlinburg provided a hub of activities, including shops, eateries, and an ice rink.
For dads, it would be great to have more interactive children's activities in the hotel.

I sank into the comfiest beds after a day of fun! The hotel's stunning decor made every corner a joy to explore. Plus, the indoor and outdoor pools were an absolute blast to unwind in!
Would recommend! ❤️🌟

Location is key. Perfect access to everything. The convenience of walking and the trolley is invaluable. Rooms impress—spacious and spotless. The pool is a gem; it allowed kids to unwind while parents enjoyed relaxation in the hot tub. Staff provided exceptional service. Breakfast was thoughtful, catering to all ages—from cereal to cottage cheese. the elevators are slow during peak times, a minor inconvenience. Parking? Limited and narrow, so consider your vehicle size carefully. A minor issue with the shower curtain was resolved promptly. I'd suggest more grab-and-go options at breakfast. Despite a few hurdles, the experience was enjoyable. I see potential here and would return.

The lack of elevators was a nightmare. Just two for the whole hotel made every trip feel like a frustrating wait. Plus, with the stairs almost hidden, it felt unsafe—especially in case of an emergency. Really disappointing!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Gatlinburg, making it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. We really appreciated the clearly communicated processes for room cleaning and fresh towels. there were a few things that let the experience down. The room itself was a bit outdated, with old TV sets and the bathroom could use a new showerhead as it was leaking. The beds were quite squeaky, which made for a restless night's sleep. I also had an unpleasant encounter with a cockroach by my room door, which was not ideal, to say the least. The musty smell in the rooms was also a bit off-putting. Despite these issues, the stay was decent and affordable. The housekeeping staff were courteous, but some upgrades and renovations would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Just a short walk to all the cute shops and restaurants our stay was so convenient with a stunning riverside view and easy access to attractions like the Amazing Mirror Maze and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies all within a kilometer means you can truly soak in the sights of Gatlinburg without worrying about terrible traffic making our days filled with adventure and exploration the breakfast was filling and the staff was super friendly and helpful but the pool area felt too small and the elevators could be more accommodating.

A mix of stairs and escalators will get you to the shops, offering a break from the city chaos. Discovering new eateries and enjoying the scenic village are highlights. I was entertained by the various events hosted at Baskins Square.
The creepy haunted house music in the parking garage was a bit too much.

The views from the balcony are awesome! The fireplace adds a cozy touch, and the pool is perfect for a cool dip.
The hotel is showing its age.

The kids had a blast with the rides and games all around. The staff made the place feel super welcoming and friendly.
It wasn't cheap, but considering the fun, it worked out fine.

Great value for the cost. Conveniently located near all the attractions, with a stunning river view. Free breakfast with a variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the indoor/outdoor pool was a hit with the kids.
The hotel is quite dated, with issues like water pressure in the shower. Parking can be challenging due to limited spaces.

We hit up Ripley's Aquarium and it was insane , like an underwater party! Then we shredded some gnar at Ober Gatlinburg with ice, skating and shopping. Perfect for a young, wild crew!
Just wish they had a sick rooftop bar for late, night hangs and dancing.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from various attractions. Parking was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff were friendly. The balcony provided a nice view of the surrounding area.
There were some cleanliness issues, like stains on the bedding and curtains, as well as algae in the pool area. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming.

The staff at this hotel really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They were incredibly flexible and helpful, making my stay stress-free. The location is perfect, set back from the main road to minimize traffic noise but still within walking distance to all the attractions. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the balcony with its lovely view.
The bed was a bit too hard for my liking.
